Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Pickup

We currently offer free pickup at our location in New York. At checkout, select the pickup option and make your purchase. After receiving your order confirmation, you will receive a second email stating that we are preparing your order. Pickup orders are generally ready for pickup within 2-3 hours. If you placed your order after business hours, or within 3 hours of the location closing, your order will be processed the following day.

When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email stating that you may visit our location with the business address and hours. Please bring a piece of valid identification and order confirmation email to the store.
